The Schoolyard Cafe and Schoolyard Beer Garden is the perfect place to host special events and large gatherings. With Oktoberfest-style picnic tables that foster a lively sense of community, an extensive selection of Colorado craft beers, and a menu of casual yet delicious fare, this group-friendly venue truly offers something for everyone.
Reservations for Hosted Events
BOILER ROOM
Located inside the Schoolyard Beer Garden, the Boiler Room is the school’s original mechanical room—thoughtfully restored to preserve its historic character. This private indoor space accommodates up to 50 guests.
Room Rental Fee: $300
Service & Menu: No dedicated server or custom menu is included. Guests are welcome to order directly from our regular menus at the counter.
OUTSIDE BEER GARDEN
Our outdoor garden area, complete with heaters, is available for groups of up to 75 guests. Please note that this is an outdoor venue and weather conditions may impact your event. We are unable to relocate outdoor parties indoors in the event of inclement weather.
Beer Garden & Cafe Buy Outs
The Schoolyard Beer Garden and Cafe can accommodate 220 guests inside and 300 guests outside for a complete buyout. Buyouts will only be considered Thursday through Sunday and start at $100,000.
Evans Formal/Catered Events
Now available for private bookings, the Evans School Auditorium offers an exceptional venue for grand occasions such as weddings, mitzvahs, galas, and cocktail receptions. Two adjacent Green Rooms provide inviting spaces for more intimate events, including meetings, workshops, and private celebrations. For more information, click here.
